L&I picks the chart by the date you were hurt, not the date you settle. The charts change every July 1, so this matters.

Look at your IME report or your doctor's closing report. A body system gets a category number. An arm, leg, hand, foot, eye, or hearing loss gets a percentage.

Category 1 usually pays nothing. Category 2 pays some money, and each step up pays more.
