Sharpe Law Paralegal Studies Scholarship

Sharpe Law Firm will award $500 to one successful applicant from each of the following schools:  Seattle Community College, Everett Community College and Edmonds Community College.

Who is Eligible?

  • Currently enrolled students in paralegal studies at each of the above schools.
  • US and international students are eligible
  • Online enrollment OK
  • Must be a US resident

About the Sharpe Law Firm

We care about injured workers. We reach out into the community and share information. We work with injured workers daily and give free advice on the topics of Time Loss BenefitsPensions, and Permanent Partial Disability Settlements.

Our mission is to educate injured workers and help them get their benefits.

The purpose of our scholarship is to motivate future paralegals to reach out and help educate this underserved segment of the work force in America. Mr. Sharpe graduated from University and Law School because others helped him along the way. He offers this scholarship in appreciation of the assistance he received from others.

How to Apply:

Paralegal Scholarship Submission Form

  • Must be a valid .EDU address
  • We will accept any of the following: (1) Picture of student ID with valid date (2) Copy of recent tuition bill with your name on it (3) Copy of class schedule with your name on it and dates (4) Unofficial Transcript. Accepted file types are pdf, docx, doc, jpg, jpeg, png.

  • Submit an essay of less than 1000 words with ideas and methods for educating uninformed injured workers whose rights are not being protected due to their lack of knowledge or willingness to stand up for their rights. Accepted file types are pdf, docx, doc.

Award Timing

The scholarship recipient will be notified on or before August 1st of each calendar year. The award will be paid directly to the winning recipient and a check will be mailed directly to their specified address.
