The self service automated phone line provides the following information.

- Authorization Status
- Bill Payment Status
- Utilization Review Information
- Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Massage Therapy Visit Counts
Providers can access the self service lines by calling 1-800-831-5227 weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
